Constructed from premium, heavy-duty materials, the WL005R model exemplifies strength and reliability. The main components are fabricated using:

• Heavy-duty 1×2-inch, 0.120-inch rectangular steel tubing
• 1/4-inch laser-cut steel plate

The axle mounts are crafted from robust 3/16-inch laser-cut, CNC-formed steel plate, featuring the superior double shear link mounts for connecting the adjustable links to the center pivot. While other companies might compromise with single shear mounts, BMR Suspension opts for uncompromised strength.

The center pivot is engineered from 3/8-inch laser-cut plate steel paired with 1 5/8-inch DOM steel tubing, and is secured with a double shear mount to the crossmember, which includes a greasable Delrin bushing for smooth, bind-free movement.
